Breaking the Spell
Counterconspiracy Comics is here and the world of comics will never be the same! Strap in and get ready for the ride of your life! Each one of these stories is an attempt to unshackle your soul. They pull no punches and take no prisoners because that is what it’s going to take. Each one of our titles serves a higher purpose. They’re not just stories. They’re explorations into broad issues that everyone grapples with. Read them with an open mind and you will see that they come from the heart. Who loves you baby? Counterconspiracy Comics loves you! Oh yeah! Woooh! Let’s go!!!
How we’re going to do it
Counterconspiracy Comics is currently a small operation. So, to get these stories out as soon as possible we are going to use an iterative approach. The initial release (V.1) will just be the script with an illustration. If the story is well received more images will be added (V.2). V.3 will be a full-blown comic book.
How To Read It
Just in case you’ve never read a comic book script before… The text under PANEL is the description of what the artist would draw. Use it to visualize the scene while you read the dialogue below it. The main characters’ names will be in all caps. Characters’ appearances aren’t described because that comes from concept art that the artist will already be familiar with. That means that until V.2, you will just have to use your imagination.
