Part 3: The Experience of the Event

Friday, October 21 was quiet in the morning. After checking in with the Guild, I found our booth and began the set up. We had a lovely corner spot with a counter behind the table and space beside the table for treatments and a window with a view!

The Vendor Fair was scheduled from 5pm – 8pm that Friday afternoon/evening. The 1st treatment, a vendor neighbor, was at 4:30pm. It was busy the entire time and everyone was welcoming and curious. My wife, Leslie, got a system going of filling out consent forms and feedback forms. We had a nicely decorated box to put the feedback forms in anonymously. I had a constant flow of clients until 8:30pm. While I was treating, Leslie would answer simple questions and hand out brochures. It was thrilling and a great start.

Saturday, 10/22 the vendor hours were from 8am -7pm. Nicole, the Acutonics student that came to help, arrived at the start, and we treated and answered and explained non-stop. Nicole had to leave before 5pm, and she pushed it to the end. It was wonderful to make her acquaintance and to be with another Acutonics practitioner in person. So much of the journey has been virtual. It was the first time I had a session from another human physically! It was tremendous. I continued treating until 7:30pm. There was a couple of 10 – 15 minute down times, but the action never really stopped. There was an informal waiting list most of the day. Many came and looked at the books and took brochures. The word spread rapidly, and all reports were positive.

Sunday, 10/23 the vendor hours were from 8am – 4:30pm. I was solo on Sunday, but had a good rhythm established. I treated non-stop until 6:30pm with many waiting patiently for the opportunity to experience Acutonics. Many Elders of the herbal community received treatment and sang the praises thereof. Most all of the AHG staff received treatment, and the Chairman of the Board of the AHG gave her personal thanks and expressed her wish that we could be there every year!

It was a great success in my estimation. Acutonics was positively represented, and the herbal medicine community was made aware of a most powerful modality to help them serve themselves and their community. For me, it was transcendent.

Following are the statistics garnered from the feedback forms. The percentages are based on the 68 feedback forms. There were more treatments given, however they were double dippers and a couple of old friend thank yous and not counted in the stats.

Incredible experience -thank you!

I loved every minute of this journey. Personally, the event itself was the Ordeal of the Heros Journey. It was a test to see if I had the grace to serve a respected community of fellow healers and so many in such a short time. I ended not exhausted, rather energized. I had passed the test and was worthy to be a conduit of the sublime power of Acutonics.
